20 jumping jacks

20 mountain climbers (both legs count as one rep)

20 standing knee raises with ab twist (touch opposite knee to opposite elbow, 20 each side)

20 jump squats

 

Workout Routine:

3x12 bicep curls SS 3x12 single DB row on bench

REPEAT PLYO CIRCUIT

3x12 single tricep dumbbell kickbacks SS 3x12 seated cable row

REPEAT PLYO CIRCUIT

3x12 single overhead tricep DB press SS 3x12 cable lat rows

REPEAT PLYO CIRCUIT

 

Finish: 20 mins walking on incline on treadmill
