Hi all,

I created this booty and legs training circuit with a little bit of abs exercises at the end to do at your hotel gym using weights and the treadmill, or you can even do it outside of the gym. If you choose to do it outside you don't need weights and you can substitute the bursts of cardio for plyometric exercises that get your heart rate up in between circuits. This routine includes a five minute warmup and don't forget to stretch as a cool down after you complete this routine

There are four circuits in total (three for legs/booty) and one for abs! Between each circuit you will perform the cardio. Let's go!

Warm up: 5 min brisk walk

Circuit 1:

20 squats
20 deadlifts
20 (10 each side) side lunges
20 glute bridges on bench

Cardio Burst: complete five, 30 sec sprints with 30 secs of rest in between each sprint for a total of 5 minutes

Circuit 2:

20 lying hamstring curls using stability ball
20 (10 each side) squats w/ leg adduction
20 (each side) glute kickbacks
20 (10 each side) back lunges w/ forward kick as you come up

Cardio Burst: complete five, 30 sec sprints with 30 secs of rest in between each sprint for a total of 5 minutes

Circuit 3:

20 donkey kicks each side (10 pulses each leg after 20 reps like you're stamping the ceiling
20 (10 each side) hydrants with leg extension
20 (each side) hamstring lift with hamstring curl
20 (10 each leg) single leg glute raise

Cardio Burst: complete five, 30 sec sprints with 30 secs of rest in between each sprint for a total of 5 minutes

Circuit 4: (Abs)

30 sec bicycle crunches
30 sec plank
30 sec v sits
30 sec plank jacks

Cardio Burst (LAST ONE!!) complete five, 30 sec sprints with 30 secs of rest in between each sprint for a total of 5 minutes
